Summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about the vehicle?s Owner?s Manual does not list the voice recognition commands for Navigation functions. Technician can follow direction in Service Information Document 2778946. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
