- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles equipped with navigation and cannot manually enter an address using the destination screen in the navigation radio. Technician will ensure that the address can be entered by using the voice recognition. Also compare the address with like vehicle. If the address can be verified, contact General Motors Technical Assistance Center for further assistance.
