The contact owns a 2019 Buick Envision. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 mph, the glass sun roof suddenly exploded causing glass fragments to shatter within the sunroof section of the roof. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer pointe GMC located at 91 N Virginia ave route 130, penns grove, NJ 08069, who ordered a replacement part to repair the vehicle. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was contacted and informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 24,828.
