Caller received a recall notice on the brakes clip, and he wants to complain that he cannot get the parts from anyone in New York to fix this problem. Also cruise control doesn't work correctly. Called Buick in Michigan, and they didn't know whether or not it was suppose to engage or disengage.
When engaging the cruise control at 55 - 60 mph, suddenly the cruise control disengaged without applying the brakes. The cruise control shuts down after 60 seconds.
