The contact owns a 2006 Buick Lacrosse. While attempting to ignite the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The failure recurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the ignition module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 62,000.
