The technician diagnosed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. After taking it back to the dealer, the computer and traction control were replaced, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 46,000.
