In June 2010 I bought a 2010 Buick Lacrosse from Perry Buick in Norfolk, Virginia. After a couple of months my wife and I felt something under both bottom seat. Perry Buick told me they could not fix the problem for safety reasons. I called GM and talked with their representative (Mary) she told me it was the way the seats were designed. She also stated GM would not replace the seat. I would have to live with it. After 5 or 10 min. it becomes very painful. IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH YOUR BUICK PLEASE CONTACT ME AT vacop9@cox.net
