This navigation system has not worked from day one of ownership. I have talked to owners of 2011 LaCrosse and have driven 2013 and 2014 LaCrosse's and all of these have nav systems that work. In November of 2013 I notified the service department at the dealership and they have installed two new systems, which did not correct the problem. The service department contacted GM and they assigned a case number to this problem in February 2014 and an after sales representative was supposedly responsible for following up on this problem.

I have made many visits and phone calls to the service department. They have passed information that GM engineers are working on it. I find it very hard to believe that they have not found a solution for this problem since first reported. This is not an isolation case...........other 2012 Lacrosse's are having the same problem. My husband and I have purchased more than 50 GM vehicles in the past. Unless this problem is corrected very soon, it will be our last GM purchase.
