The contact owns a 2012 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that the headlights became inoperable without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the headlight bulbs failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred randomly every six months. The manufacturer was not aware of the failure. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 80,000.
