My 19-year-old daughter was driving and suddenly she could not steer! It was terrifying for her. After the car was turned off, it was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to steer this car!. It had to be towed to 3 different mechanics and after 3 weeks of waiting (GM was on strike!), a part was located and it was fixed. This was a huge inconvenience and quite disappointing. We have only owned the car for 3 months (preowned) and I will never buy another Buick!

Trade a car in for a new buick-lacrosse and dealer sold it, new car-buick power steering when out and since the buick dealer couldn't fixed it (new car-lacrosse) or find me another new lacrosse car, they did not won;t to return my old car. Remember they had already sold it. Had to fight with them to get my old car back, which took several weeks.

Try to buy another lacrosse-touring car in Missouri-St Peters, an paid by check and traded my old car, which I had to get back from Dealer in Arkansas, when found out the dealer file for lost title, Missouri dealer would not release my new title until they could get the old title from the dealer. Had to call the DVM and have them send the dealer in Missouri the title so I can get my new car tite from them, which has been four weeks now and still waiting on them, will never buy another car from GM, corpate office would not help on any of the problems above, only to help the bad crooked dealers.

Now I know why foreign car companies are doing better, their dealers don't lie to your face.
