I got locked in the car and couldn't get out for about 4 minutes. I had the key with me, it wouldn't start or unlock the doors or roll down the windows.

1. The driver-??s door window motor burnt out causing the window switch to smoke. The fuse never failed. The car was diagnosed at the dealership. It is at the dealership now awaiting the purchase of repair parts. 2. I was told that it was a safety issue by the dealership because the switch could have started a fire. The mechanic had it smoking during the diagnosis. He did not want to put it back together until repaired. 3. The dealer was the one that diagnosed it. 4. The problem was not reported to any other agency. 5. There were no warning signs or messages before the motor failed and the switch burned up. I am also have problems with the radio where it doesn-??t now shut off when the drivers side door is opened. It also started when the window motor stopped working. I believe that it all related. I will be calling the dealership back to voice that concern as well. I am very lucky that there wasn-??t a fire after I keep trying to get the window to roll down.

My wife was driving our 2014 Buick Lacrosse on the interstate at ~65 mph when the electrical power steering suddenly quit working- almost causing her to crash. A service power steering and service stabilitrak message is now displayed in the information center. A ABS and traction control light is also now on.
As I was driving to work on 8/15/16 that morning after hanging up handsfree call with wife immediately afterwards all dashboard gauges went blank and car stalls while driving on frwy. After several seconds all warning lights come back up. Then able to restart car. Extremely dangerous since I was driving on frwy. Luckily traffic was moving slow at the time. I've heard of similar complaints concerning same car yr model and make..... very concerning !
During driving the vehicle at @65 miles per hour in traffic the vehicle will drop battery power and dash board goes blank and car shuts off and in less than 1 minute all electrical to dash and engine will come back on. I have taken it to the dealer 3 times in last 90 days and they cant find the problem.
Was driving the vehicle at a fairly lower speed. (35 mph). Was utilizing the cruise control, moved my right leg, and due to the positioning of the ignition, my leg bumped the keys slightly, which caused the key to turn into the position where the vehicle was no longer running. Upon noticing that the engine had stopped running, was still successfully able to place the car into neutral and restart the vehicle without causing an accident- however, had I been driving at a higher rate of speed, this could have been catastrophic.
The instrument panel went blank for at least 10 seconds before resetting as though the car restarted, while driving on I95 at a speed of 65-70 mph. The car did not stall.
