Summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that after several hours of dingy towing the vehicle's battery goes completely dead. Dealer should advise the customer that if they use key to start the vehicle to pull Fuse #22 while towing. Dealer should advise the customer that have Push-To-Start to disconnect the negative battery cable.
