During research for my cars power steering defect, I found information for recalls for 2016 Buick Lacrosse power steering defects. When I called GM to report my car as having the same problem, I called customer service at GM to ask for help, and I was told I would have to pay for the repair myself because my VIN number was not on the recall list. If my car has the same defect as other 2016 models, IT SHOULD BE ADDED AS A POWER STEERING DEFECT!!!!!! MY power steering went out while I was on a busy road. I was fortunate to be right next to a car dealership. I ask for one of their mechanics to help. They knew to start and restart my motor until I was able to steer it enough to get to my regular mechanic. How do I get GM to add my VIN # to the recall list????
