The consumer made a service appointment. Trunk deck exploded. When the trunk release button was pushed there was a loud noise and the trunk flew open. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The doors were readjusted to stop the wind noise. The technician indicated he couldn't find anything wrong with the seat. They also couldn't find anything wrong with the cd/radio. When the technician pressed the trunk release button on the key fob, the trunk deck exploded. The vehicle was left at the dealer to be serviced.
