The power steering on the vehicle went out at 51,927 miles. There was a recall on the said defect, but the vehicle model year wasn't part of the recall. The consumer requested reimbursement.
The steering wheel becomes stiff and difficult to turn. Owner has to turn the vehicle off and start it back up again when this occurs. Dealer changed serpentine belt and brake pads. Problem still exists.
