Auto has upgraded "Concert Sound" system....am/fm radio with Cd and tape player ...Would consistently "grab" and "eat" taped....Dealer removed (under warranty) unit several times, but the problem reoccurred each time....Finally just gave up on the tape playing....All other features work very well....Boy !!...This certainly is not the Delco radios I've known over the past decades !!!....See other complaints on this "so-called" quality-award-winning vehicle !!!!....Last GM product I and our family will ever purchase !!!!...
