Had a front tire blow out car went across the road down into small ditch and stopped to hit a mailbox resulting in the airbags deploying the passenger side airbag came out so hard that it broke the windshield driver side airbag came out and resulted in it breaking my spine I've had to have one surgery since then and maybe more

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
- while driving on the highway at 65 mph, contacts 2001 Buick Regal was rear ended, causing the contacts vehicle to crash into another vehicle. Upon impact the driver's side and passenger side airbags failed to deploy. The failure mileage was 91000. The contact can provide copy of the police report. Updated 03/07/07
While driving at any speed and with no warning air bag light stays on, causing air bag to be inoperative in the event of a vehicle accident. Dealer notified.
