The contact owns a 2004 Buick Regal. While driving slow speeds, all the instrument cluster warning indicators illuminated and the engine seized. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several attempts. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 46,000. Updated 06/21/17
