I have a April, 2004 Buick Regal 3.8L V6 engine with a plastic in-take manifold. GM is recalling 1997-2003, but not my 2004 dealer bankson chev. N.richland hills, tx (817) 498-2400 says it will cost me $800 to replace can you help and accept the 2004 Buick Regal?
