- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a service engine soon malfunction indicator lamp or various electrical concerns. Technician will need to inspect the harness that goes to the power steering control module for chaffing against the rear of the transmission housing and repair any damaged wires.
