defect in headlight assembly defect in headlight assembly

Last year 2017 I had both headlight assembles replaced in my 2017 Regal ( 2500 miles on it). It had some kind of smears inside both lenses . Like if you painted a wall with too much paint, it will stream down the wall. That's what happening again in both assemblies that I had replaced a year ago. ( it's not moisture)

For the price I paid for this car I shouldn't have this problem .

They both need replaced again. I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue or not . Maybe they haven't noticed .
