The rear tire equipment on the 2003 Buick Rendezvous are cupping and egging.** answer required***. the cupped tires produced a vibration while the vehicle was being driven. The consumer believes the tires were original equipment because the vehicle was purchased used with 11000 miles on it.
Have had to replace 2 tires in the past year due to 3 flats, including one blow-out whose cause could not be determined by the dealer. One flat was caused by the handle of a nail clipper which was not sharp but rectangular in shape. Prior to these tires I have experienced only 2 flats in over 20 years and it seems these tires do not hold up well in normal driving conditions.
While driving vehicle swayed all over the road, making it hard to control the vehicle. Swaying occurred because the tie rod was loose, and the right rear tire almost fell off. Dealership indicated that the tie rod came loose from the factory.
