I have had two different Buick Rendezvous. One was a 2004 and one was a 2003 Rendezvous. I have put three different transmissions in the 2003. I just, today, took my 2004 Rendezvous in for a transmission problem. I am tired of taking my car to the dealership. I live 50 miles from the dealership. I am a full time employee and I am also a full time student. I do not have all this time to keep taking my car back. I would appreciate if the Buick industry to look into this to find out why these cars have so many transmission problems.
The following are the symptoms which I experienced within 1-3 miles of leaving your dealership: 1.transmission disengaged 2.engine raced 3.transmission reengaged 4.the vehicle lurched forward, causing me to have to break to avoid an accident 5.speedometer readings were all over the dial and not indicative of speeds actually traveled. When the above was not happening the transmission shifted very unevenly
