I change the oil regularly every 3,000 miles. The change oil light was on when we bought it from CarMax. CarMax assured us that the oil had been changed. I followed the instructions in the owner's manual and was finally able to get the light to go out. But just that first time. Since then, no matter how many times I try, I cannot get that light to go out.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!
