2006 Buick Rendezvous steering column replacement. Consumer states that she has replaced the steering column twice. The left outer tie rod end was loose which the dealer replaced. The consumer also stated when the left turn signal was activated the right turn signal would also blink. The dealer was unable to duplicate the problem.
