The contact owns a 2007 Buick Rendezvous. The contact stated that the side mirrors block her vision while driving at any speed. After adjusting the seat and mirror, her vision was still obstructed by the side mirror. The mirror blocked the view of other vehicles and pedestrians. The failure mileage was 500 and current mileage was 7,000.
After purchasing new vehicle - a 2007 Buick Rendezvous - we found that the side mirrors (outside) of the Rendezvous are so huge that they completely block out pedestrians, cars, and even semi-truck size vehicles, when making turns. This is a great hazard that needs to be fixed, before a pedestrian is hit and injured/killed.
