Couple of things to note. This has been happening for several months and I have put over $1200 into diagnostics and repairs and still do not have a fix. I had the alternator replaced because they said it was putting out 16+ volts, then 2 weeks later the new alternator went out again, they replaced it again. I took it to a new mechanic and he said the PCM was bad, it was now putting out 19v. I replaced the PCM, had it reprogrammed, and it seemed to be fine for a few weeks. The only thing it would do is on startup, lights on dash would all turn off, it would ding for about a minute and then everything would come back and it was fine. Before when I would start up, the dinging would happen and the lights would go black, I would hear some thumping coming from the back of the car, almost sounded like BASS (everytime), then after a min or 2 the lights would come back on. I would feel something in the brake kick in, like a vibration of some sort on my foot, and my locks would lock. NOW my locks no longer lock at all, ever, I can only unlock.

It seems that anytime I let my car sit for a few hours (3-4) hours this process would happen again. But if I went out to drive say every hour, it wouldn’t happen

Now this morning, I went to go to work, and as you can see in the video the entire time for 30 min the car was dinging and lights flashing.
