96 V 082 000/throttle linkages and control return spring: Vehicle taken to Goodyear independent repair shop and informed of this recall. Dealer/manufacturer were notified. They informed consumer that this vehicle was not covered under recall due to VIN.

Both catalytic converters were replaced on October 14, 1996 and fumes continue to enter vehicle. 2 gaskets replaced, control return spring also replaced.
