My spouse and I brought an evenflo car seat a year ago (April 99). This car seat was in well condition until last week when my husband was trying to strap our son into his car seat when the right rear handle of the car seat broke completely. The handle can not be repair and needs to be replaced by the manufacturer soon as possible. The car seat we brought cost us $60 and we don't have the money to buy another new car seat. We have the broken pieces if you need them to be sent. In addition, our car seat number was manuf. In 12feb99 and the model # is 4211K1 P1. We have tried to contact the evenflo's # but we received no assistance. Thank you.
