The contact was informed that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The cause of the failure was not yet determined, and the vehicle was not repaired. The local dealer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 16,400. The VIN was not available.
