Dealer says that it is not true, and suggested setting the A/C to the lowest temperature setting, which is ridiculous. I don't want 60 degree air, just want my passenger to have same comfort as myself.
The point is quite simple - there is less volume of air coming from the passenger side vents than from the driver side. I would expect this from an inexpensive starter car, not a Cadillac.
