First of all, it took 47 minutes to drop my car off, I had a scheduled appointment with a complimentary loaner vehicle. It would be nice and easy and very quick they said. 47 minutes later I was leaving the dealership in the loaner car (more than 30 minutes more than they said it would take). They have currently had my car for 2 weeks and I had to call 4 times this week to talk to someone and them tell me we are replacing a bunch of parts, I'll let you know when it's done... I purchased this vehicle on July 22 2014 and I drive a ton of highway miles so the car is not even 6 months old and I am having issues?

The dealership called me 3 days after they had it and said it was fixed and they replaced the clips that hold the tubes in for the rear ventilation. (It didn't sound like that would fix it) I drove the 45 minutes to the dealership and it wasn't fixed and they tried telling me the vibration in the center console was normal and the rumbling sound and the floor feeling like there is a extremely powerful vibration on both driver and passenger side.... the car is still not fixed. It only happens when it's on the floor setting or floor and defroster setting?
