Pulling up to the parking lot at my office, vehicle suddenly accelerated, with my foot lightly on the brake pedal as is the norm when slowing down to park. Crashed into a concrete sign pillar about 2 yards ahead, was full throttle at that short a distance leading to complete front damage and airbags deploying. Lots of electrical problems over the years, from the cue system autoselecting various options including changing the radio channel, turning off bluetooth, check engine lights w/ no issues detected by a mechanic, to previously stalling while driving in the middle of a busy street.
