I am fairly upset with my insurance company State Farm. Tried to make a claim to get it fixed immediately. After about a half hour of getting transferred 4 times I was told that since the Cadillac dealer was not a State Farm preferred glass repair company I would have to schedule an appointment with an insurance adjustor. This would not have been necessary if I wanted the vehicle repaired by one of their preferred glass vendors such as Safe Lite, who by the way totally screwed up a windshield repair just 6 months ago.

To get an adjustor out wouldn't happen until Monday. I need the car fixed now and not All States bad customer service. I will be moving my homeowners and car insurance to another company first thing tomorrow morning.
