When I was shown the bolts the lock tight was on the middle of the bolt not on the end where it was suppose to be!

This is my second CTS where 2 bolts backed out of the drive shaft and one sheared off. I have reported this to NTSB. It seems that CTS’s from 2003 -2013 have this problem. Please file a claim with NTSB. These vehicles need to be recalled.
