This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a radio freezing, blank radio display, SXM radio shows ” SXM Tuner Initializing”, “Climate off” message when using the climate controls, and or no audio from the radio until the source is changed. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
