The car is stalling out when slowing down. I need help. Who knows how to fix it. Please...............

Update from Jan 22, 2012: Car mis-fires once at highway speeds and keeps going. At slow speeds, pulling to stop sign or into my driveway it dies. It has always restarted everytime so far. Can someone tell me what to do? The local GM dealers say that if it does not throw a code, they do not know what it needs. Help Please

We bought this car used after a crash in my 2004 DeVille. Boy, do I wish I had that car back! This was purchased in January 2009 and it's a 2006 with only 8000 +/- miles on it. I was SO skeptical of it, a person shouldn't trade in a car that new with that few miles! In any case, it's mine now and I have repeated problems with the car missing or running rough at just about any speed as well as dying when I've slowed. The dying has occurred when I'm pulling into a parking lot, turning into my driveway, things like that. I've had it to the Chevy store (no Caddy store in my town) twice without resolution. I had it in this past week and so far I haven't had the problem again. Cross your fingers for me!
