: the contact stated while parking the vehicle, the power steering fails. The vehicle was driven 10-15 miles before the incident. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where they replaced the power steering pump, rack and pinion, and pressure hose, but the problem persists.
While driving at 70 mph, the vehicle came to a complete stop on the highway. When this happened consumer lost power steering, power brakes, and the transmission went haywire. Dealer informed the consumer that the crank shaft position sensor was the problem, and had been replaced three times. The sensors were replaced 6 times. Also, knee bolster below steering wheel feel onto consumer's legs. Consumer found plastic clips that hold knee bolster. Technician installed new knee bolster.
