For years I have been frustrated by the lack of rear illumination of GM vehicles during rain or fog driving conditions. Drivers seem to think that they do not need to turn on headlights because they have daytime running lights. They probably do not realize that the drl's only illuminate the front of their vehicle. GM should inform drivers that when headlights are required, daytime running lights do not suffice.
