My cooper tire discoverer lsx P265/70R17 split down the middle inbetween the treads.I have four months of use on this tire. They are strictly winter tires on my vechicle. We went to ntb where we bought the four tires. They took tire off to replace with a new I bought and inside was several hand fulls of rubber shavings. You could see the wire belts inside the tire wall was very thin.

This caused the vehicle to skid out of control, into a wheat field. The consumer stated the vehicle sustained damages to the front end and both front fenders. Dealer was notified. Please provide further information along with the dot# and complete this questionnaire.
