This should be covered under some kind of recall. This is very expensive and leaves you without a vehicle for awhile. Is not drivable and can cause a lot of other expensive issues.

There needs to be a recall on this. It sucks that something like this happens to so many of GM vehicles and it costs an arm, leg, and fingers to get fixed.
