frame cracked

I took my 2014 Cadillac Escalade in to have a nail removed from the tire. The guy put it on a rack and called me tell me the frame was cracked on my car. I went and got the car, and drove it carefully to my local South Bay Penske Cadillac dealership. They never called me after a day and a half.

I sent my husband down to ask them what was up because I figured they'd listen more to a 6' angry New Yorker than a small framed California girl. Six people walked up to him and said "Oh, you're the one with that car." However, they refused to help us. Tried to tell us to go have it welded at a truck shop. Then one of the mechanics said he would never have his family in that car if it were fixed our to the lack of integrity of the frame even if it were welded. My entire family and I likely would have been killed in a roll over had I not taken it in to have a nail removed from the tire. I drive my kids two hours every day. We were about to take a 400 mile road trip up to Mammoth to ski. Family of four and two dogs likely would have had a roll over, and we would all be dead. Who knows if other cars would have been involved.

Penske Cadillac is horrible. I have been driving Cadillac cars for 20 years. All paid in full. You would think they would care to take care of me. They don't care about us at all. We are blown away, sick to our stomachs over this. She left the car at the dealership. I have a rental from the dealership, but I want to get rid of it. It's only been 1 1/2 days. I feel like I survived an accident. I feel so fortunate, but don't know where to go from here. A frame should last more than four years, and a car company should take care of a 20 year customer.
