The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Escalade ext. The vehicle has Bridgestone HT684 II tires (na), tire size 265/65/18. While parked he noticed that the four tires mounted on the vehicle exhibited cracks and separation of the tread. The vehicle was taken to three authorized tire repair shops on separate occasions for tire inspection. The technicians stated that the four tires were defective. The manufacturer was notified of the defect. The tires have not been replaced. The failure mileage was 33,000. The current mileage was 36,200. Updated 01/12/10. Updated 01/13/10.
