The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Srx. On each side of the vehicle, there were air distribution units. Each unit, outlined in a silver component, produced a glare and reflection that affected visibility in the rearview mirror. In addition, the glare impacted the contact's vision while looking through the rearview and front mirrors. The dealer and manufacturer were notified, but did not provide a repair solution. The approximate failure mileage was 54,600.
Frame rusted through on both left and right sides. Service manager made comment that frame rusted through from the inside of frame rail. Cadillac will not take any responsibility for repairs. Also includes rusting of fuel lines next to frame.
I was driving on the highway at 55 mph, when a loud pop noise from the rear happened. My vehicle spinned out of control several times in a circle before hitting a median barrier. I had the problem fixed in March 2014... the same problem happened again on 4/7/2014, except I didn't hit a median.
