The contact owns a 2009 Cadillac Srx with Goodyear Eagle rsa 235/65/17 255/60/17 original equipment tires. The contact stated that on the inside of all four tires the belts were separated. Good year was notified and stated they would give him 30% off of the list price. The tires have been replaced with a different brand of tires. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.
