CUE system stopped responding to any touch controls. Screen remained frozen and unresponsive. Tried rebooting etc and nothing worked. Took to dealership and was informed CUE system was defective and needed to be replaced.. GM was not willing to stand behind the defect. Was told this unfortunately is a common problem and that I should have purchased the extended warranty... Just what I wanted to hear... Another issue with this SRX and it is gone and so am I from owning another GM vehicle.... 4 years old and all of these issues.... Very disappointed in GM's lack of loyalty to its customers when there are so many great performing vehicles out there especially at this price point.... GM commercial organization needs to do some real "voice of market / customer" if they feel they will be able to compete in this class of vehicle moving forward... They need to rediscover "net promoter score" methodology and the impacts of negative reviews etc on brand equity... Take care of your customers and they will be loyal to you... try it sometime GM...
