The contact owns a 2001 Cadillac Seville. The contact stated that the driver and passenger side seat belts do not release; therefore, they were unable to be used. He feels that this is a manufacturer's defect. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they were able to release the belts. They further stated that nothing was wrong with the retractor.
