Car was purchased new. Took car home and while learning how to use everything i tried the wireless charger since this was on the Cadillac car build sheet and sticker as factory installed. Come to find out when I brought it in for service that it was never installed at the factory so Dealer had to order a part. Brought it in to install missing part and now dealer finds out that the console is missing a bracket so they are now going to send a new console to install that has wireless in it. When new console arrived, now we find out that the console factory installed was totally wrong.
MISSING WIRELESS CHARGER AND WRONG COLOR CONSOLE TOP WHICH DIDN'T MATCH SAHARA SEAT COLOR!
It appears to all be fixed correctly but it makes me wonder how did this make it down the assembly line wrong! Don't they scan parts as they do the build for lot tracing?
