2019 Cadillac XTS Owner Comments
The problem is due to poor interlayer bonding in the screen during manufacturing. GM was fully aware - there's been 6 years of this defect going into my Cadillac XTS model year 2019, but they failed to make corrections. Year after year, faulty ICS were installed.
It is inexcusable that the ICS should become totally unresponsive after just 2 years with good care.
Why won't GM step up and offer a proper service campaign??!!??
This is supposed to be a luxury brand which appreciates its repeat customers!!
