Well, this is pretty simple... the dashboard light along with the radio screen will brighten and darken (from nuclear to black) at random times. There is no set of certain, repeatable circumstances that it will happen under.

Other problems I'm reporting is the radio has a ghost in its machine, the transmission feels like it is about to drop out when shifting, and there is a mysterious clicking noise in the vicinity of the glove box.
